Ksheeradhooma

Ksheeradhooma is an Ayurvedic fomentation therapy utilizing medicated cow’s milk, typically applied to the face. This treatment is aimed at addressing Vata-related disorders and is not recommended if Kapha is also involved in the condition.

The therapy is beneficial for conditions such as facial paralysis, certain nervous disorders, difficulties with voice and speech, and headaches. The process involves boiling the medicated milk and passing the resulting steam through a tube to the affected area. Ksheeradhooma can also be applied to other parts of the body, providing targeted relief and promoting overall health.
